Hi guys. I am Bojana from the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro. I had the opportunity to travel to Luxembourg and be part of the Final Conference. Here I had the chance to present the outcomes, results and project activities of our NGO, as well as to learn about the activities of other NGOs from all around Europe.

This project was really great and had a lot of fun not just in Luxembourg. The best part of this project is that you make some really good friendships and I am really sorry that this is the end of Ovisor adventure.

Of course, this trip was not only “business” but also business & pleasure. I had the chance to meet new exceptional people, try one of the tastiest foods in the world, visit the landscapes that Luxembourg offers and admire the calmness and cleanliness of the city.

Hello, I’m Lorena and I represented NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro at the Final Conference of the O’Visor project. It was great to look back at all the activities we did and to present the local activities that we organized in 10 countries. A lot of young people were involved in one way or another.

What also made this meeting special was the fact that it was organized in Luxembourg, which has free public transport for everyone. It’s also small, so in our free time we got the chance to see a lot of places and see what everyday life looks like. Furthermore, we were close to the border with France, so some of us even visited the city of Metz.

The best part of the conference, for me, was seeing the printed O’Visor Guidebook, which turned out great and has so much useful information, amazing volunteer stories and good examples from each country.

After months and months invested into this project, it came to an end. Not finally, because it is not final, however it is more an end of the first stage. As myself haven’t been involved since the start of the project, I can’t express the full experience, rather a piece of it through Sarajevo and Luxembourg.

It seems inspiring being with so many interesting and different young people, but also very similar to myself; with similar expectations, wishes, similar energy and a message to the others out there – that everything is possible. Seeing how much effort was put into months of work – it can bring only admirations to all participants and somehow it is mandatory to honour their work via personal implementation of those messages.I would have to say that we have crossed some borders – literally crossed, whether to Belgium, France or Germany, or in between ourselves in the Balkans, which will be a new introduction to some further actions and projects towards better ourselves, better Balkans and better world in conclusion.

Having this project coming to the end, I understand how far we’ve come since the beginning. It was an honor being a part of the final conference and working with so many talented young people.

This project made me think of the importance of volunteering,
cooperating and teamwork. It broadened my horizons and made me realize how many opportunities for the new projects there are. I’m looking forward to see what the future will bring.

“Between the 07th-10th of October, IASIS NGO representatives had the honor to participate in the Final Conference in the context of O’visor project and gather again with the partners from 9 different European countries.

More specifically, during the 8th of October he had the chance to meet again with our partners from the project and discuss about the project’s final steps. We presented the activities implemented per partner organization in the framework of the project and had the chance to share beautiful moments during the project’s implementation, such as videos and photos of the events we attended and took part in. It was a very moving moment as the project is coming to an end but the moments will also stay alive. We were very glad to meet again with our partners and discuss about the project’s progress.

During the 9th of October, we had the chance to meet again and discuss about the sustainability of the project and possible ways to keep it alive. It was very nice to see all again and wish we will meet again somehow! The project will always stay alive in our hearts!”

“During the projects Final Conference that was held in Luxembourg between 07-10 of October, I was honored to meet the partners and participants of the project, as In had not attended the previous partner meetings. However, I had the chance to participate in several activities implemented in the framework of the project, such as the Photo Exhibition that was held in Athens, Greece, in IASIS NGO Day Center and the Karl Popper Debate that was held in Porto Rafti, in Greece. During the Final Conference, each organization presented their actions and results produced and achieved during the project’s implementation and also shared beautiful moments that took place during the project. Further information was also provided about the latest steps that every organization needs to follow, concerning the sustainability of the project. The collaboration was flawless throughout the project! Hope to see you all again! It was great to meet you!”

“The Hungarian delegation arrived at the project meeting and final conference that took place in Luxemburg between 7-10, October, with mixed feelings. On the one hand, we were proud of the accomplishments we reached during the project, but on the other hand, with a sadness that it was a final event of a fruitful project, signaling the end of cooperation – at least in this regard – with all of the representatives of the project partners we got to know during the last 18 months. Even though each delegation arrived with similar emotions, we managed to do some good work regarding the finishing touches of the administrative part of O’VISOR project. Most of the activities are already done, with only some to be performed by some of the partners, we can certainly call the implementation of this project a success. We, at ISKKA, are proud to have been part of this project and hope to work together in the future with the partners we got to know within the framework of O’VISOR.”

The Hungarian delegation came prepared and ready with the necessary documents and reports for the closing meetingy and we were looking forward to listening to every partner experiences concerning the project activities. Following the initial meetings and discussions regarding the finalizing administrative issues of the project. During the final conference, the representative of ISKKA presented the project activaities implemented in Hungary, including several photos and a video of the activities. It was interesting to listen to each partner presenting their work, and we were also able to discuss possibilities of further cooperation.”

“Hello guys, it’s Nikolija! It was truly an honor to represent North Macedonia and the NGO “World of Change” as a youth worker and active member on “O’VISOR” Final Conference in Luxembourg. 3 days, 10 partner organizations, 5 countries explored, lifelong memories made!

Each country presented its local activities and project outcomes on a national level. With every presentation at the Final Conference, you could really feel how much dedication, love, passion, consistency and hard work are put in every day, on every project in the past 18 months. We got a chance to take a look at what Karl Popper’s debate was like and saw the photos that won the Photo contest in 10 other countries.

“O’VISOR” ‘s main aims are supporting Western Balkan countries on their way to the European Union, strengthening EU and Western Balkan identity and showing the importance of transnational volunteering and I really believe BRAVO-BIH and all partner organizations achieve their goals.

I am incredibly proud to be part of the team, contented I have met these inspiring people, proud of all the participants and the amazing things they have done. It felt emotional and nostalgic to remember the moments we shared together in the past 18 months, however, the results will live and thrive in our society. Most importantly, ideas about future projects were born! In only 2 days we got to experience the vibrant city of Luxembourg, its astonishing architecture, rich history and delicious food and made a short trip to Metz, France (one of the most romantic and lovely towns I have ever visited).

It is said that traveling tends to magnify all human emotions. I would add that Erasmus+intensifies all emotions, deepens every thought, it’s the fastest way to learn and the best way to travel and explore.” – Nikolija

“Hi guys ? Here I am again – Vesna. I had the opportunity to travel to Luxembourg and be part of the Final Conference. Here I had the chance to present the outcomes, results and project activities of our NGO, as well as to learn about the activity of other NGOs from all around Europe. I am really glad that it was me who explained about the Info day, the exciting Karl Popper debate and the photography contest. The winners of the Karl Popper debate held in Valandovo have participated in the main Karl Popper debate held in Sarajevo, while the winners’ photos of the contest were exhibited at the exhibition in Athens.

Every presentation was followed by questions and discussion which I found useful and helpful to understand better each activity. The whole conference was truly tailored to the individual needs of the participants and was very interactive.

Of course, this trip was not only “business” but also business & pleasure. I had the chance to meet new exceptional people, try one of the tastiest food in the world, visit the landscapes that Luxembourg is offering, admire the calmness and cleanliness of the city and of course, it won’t be me if I don’t take even a sip of the local beers and wines.” – Vesna
